White patches on two sides of tongue

I have developed white patches on the two sides of my tongue (left and right) which I think had started sometime in March but initially I neglected it. In May, I met ENT specialist. Doctor prescribed fluconazole 150mg tablets (5-day course), Candid mouth paint, Betadine oral mouth wash with H2O2 soln and vitamins ( including Vitamin C injections). I took the treatment & the patches subsided, but recurred as soon as fluconazole course ended. Doc referred me to a dermat who prescribed fluconazole 150 (10 day course), candid mouth paint and mouth wash. She also asked me to do HIV, FG, PPG and HbA1c test. I continued treatment and took the tests. The patches subsided but recurred after end of course. HIV was (-)ve, HbA1c 5.2%, FPG & PPG were (FPG>PPG).Doctor diagnosed candidiasis (& no leukoplakia). I stopped consulting and used Hexidine mouth wash regularly (as the patches never came with this). But, now there was a gap of 5 days and patches recurred. Please help for permanent solution.
