My daughter has been having white patches on the face since 2 months.When I apply a moisturizer on the white patches she is crying a lot.Attaching the picture for a reference.Is it some deficiency or eczema?

Thanks for the query.Condition is p.alba which is nutritional deficient condition. Give multivitamin syrup and use emmolient as the condition regress on its own within 5-6 months.
