Dear Sir ,
I have white patches inside my mouth on cheeks inside please check the photos & suggest is it mouth ulcer or infection .

Hi ,
By seeing the pictures , it appears to be the after effect of cheek biting. It can occur due to the sharp pointed tooth tip ( cusps). It can be resolved by trimming of sharp tooth tips.( enameloplasty)
Do you experience any pain on the surface of cheek?
Do you have any other chewing habits of tobacco or arecanuts?

Its very normal to have such lines in mouth until and unless you have habits like tobacco, areca chewing, smoking.
It will go away on its own.
If any sharp teeth irritating the cheek mucosa then get the sharp edges smoothened from a dentist.
