White patch or small lump on Penis

Recently I have noticed almost skin colored (sometimes white) patch on my penis shaft just below my urethral opening. Some days it will be almost a dry patch which does not hurt. It has been this way for a month now and I'm really not sure if it would spread in other areas. Could you please advice me.
