Now, after one year: You are noticing a white patch at the same site No pain, no lump, no growth, no bleeding The color becomes lighter with Kenacort and reappears after stopping This appearance is most likely due to post-surgical scar tissue / mucosal keratosis / frictional leukoplakia, especially at a previously operated site. Steroid gel improving the color further supports an inflammatory or reactive cause, not malignancy.
