Even with thorough cleaning and scraping tongue. White patches appear by afternoon. Also I think this causes bad breath.

Hello sir,may i know since how long you have been suffering from this,If the patch is scrapable its mostly an fungal infection its can treated with supplements and topical antifungal therapy. But if its not scrapable means it could be because of your personal habits,surely it has to be taken care. So as soon as possible consult your detist to get a clear idea.
