Can anyone please tell me what is this white patch on left side of tongue...i have attached a photo...

It seems to be infection of tongue papillae due to poor oral hygiene
Next Steps
Maintain oral hygeine use hexidine mouth wash after every meal take multivitamins for 15 days Drink plenty of water Avoid spicy food for few days
