Initially her pediatrician diagnosed it as pityriasis alba and suggested emoderm. It kept spreading and then she was advised emosone. It's started like a small white spot under her eyes and now spread across cheeks and nose for palm size. There is no improvement, it agrevates when she is exposed to dun and swimming. Please advise

Does that patch itches ? Any burning sensation or redness on that patch ?since when she's having it ?
As of now you can apply ,
HHzole cream 2-3 times per day for 10 days.
KZ soap for bath .
