I have a white patch/Mark in between my chest and some part of arm. It's a very old Mark. I think I got it from very childhood. May be by birth but during my childhood it used to increase gradually with my body growth. White portion of my chest is more sensitive then other part of skin. A little touch turn it red, very red.
