Hi. Greetings. Your symptom description is not very clear or diagnostic and would rather advise you to come down for a consultation or send in your pics on private chat. For dry skin in general you could use cetaphil moisturiser. This might even reduce the itching. However you'll need to get assessed by the photos you send or physically by the dermatologist as to the reason for your white spots. Hope this helps. Take care.
