I never used to grow beards, but during pandemic I have grown, almost 1 years, few days back  I had shaved, am finding some white patches,in some areas of my face, dead skin sort of, can you suggest which ointment to use, it's like a mark in face, pls suggest sir/ madam. Regards

This is not due to any infection . It is just flaking of skin with mild irritation. First you can some mild emollients. If not subsiding , you can use se mild steroid cream.
