From past two years I have whitemark above lips its small some times it looks dull sometime bright wat it is I'm attaching the picture

This is normal and shouldn't be a cause of concern as long as it isn't spreading and increasing in size and visibility. Avoid using cosmetic as they can cause irritation which can lead to aggravation of such lesions. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
