Kindly look at the attached image and see at the right side of nose there is white spot forming up what is it? Is it something triggering .ny remedy.

Please provide a clear photo. Does it have white dandruff like coming out if it ? Is it increasing in size ? It could be seborrheic dermatitis or a patch of p versicolor or vitiligo. I need more clear photos for accurate diagnosis and treatment can be given to you accordingly
