I see a white layer under the foreskin of my penis then I thought it is smegma I wash it by water and remove the layer but after 3 or 4 day s it come again then i thought i should wash my penis regularly but it still come in low quantity with white layer it not wash properly by water when i scrub with napkin then it remove it very smelling and also my penis has very small pimple like i dont understand what i need to do pls help is it balanitis or other deasese or it smegma like normal
