I have white itchy bumps on my scrotum, I thought it was fungal infection but now I think that it's some kind of std please help me.

It doesn't look like a STD but the picture is not very clear. It looks simple folliculitis to me. But I need more pictures and nearby area pictures too and history for proper diagnosis.
