Its been a 2 years I'm having irregular bumps near my chicks , which I feel are white heads . When I pop them , a semi solid white liquid comes out.

Try Deriva MS gel once in a week at night ( very little ) only on affected area . Strong gel. Do not rub or over apply

Greetings.  You'll need bpo based gels for daily application and an anti fungal shampoo .  Don't pop the acne.  This will increase chances of you developing marks.  Hope this helps.  Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal Bengaluru.
