About 2 months ago, I have noticed a white flaky patch on the underside of my penis shaft. It was initially flaky. There was no itching or pain. After the usage of moisturizers, the condition reduced, but it recurs and the affected area appears to be different from the other part of the shaft. I have no warts, papules or ulcers. I did have unprotected vaginal sex about 3 months ago. I have also noticed the flakiness of the skin even on the inside of my thigh area. What could it possibly be? Upon consultation I was told its probably a fungal infection and i was given a basic anti-fungal creme. But the problem persists.
