Hi doctor, I have cough, cold from last two week. Cold and cough are normal now but I am feeling little pain while swallowing. I am seeing small white dot on my right tnsile. Attached picture. Please suggets

Ua tonsils are bit swollen and congested suggesting tonsillitis, dont worry just do gargle with betadine 1tsf diluted in half glass of water three times a day
