Get your sugar levels done... If you are sexually active then get a paps test done and go for cervical cancer vaccine.. Recurrent vaginal infection can be due to fungal cause, bacterial infection, etc... And this needs proper evaluation

A lot  of reasons can be there for white discharge per vaginum..like fungal infections , pelvic inflammatory diseases ,chronic cervicitis etc. A clinical examination including per speculum examination is needed.. You can consult be online to hv more detailed insight about the same
