Hi doctor I've got a immense intolerable itching in my vagina plus I'm getting white discharge and its paining also It got swelled please advice.

Hey, its vaginal infection ,intense vaginal itching with white discharge suggestive of candidal infection ,its better to consult gynaecologist and proceed further
