She is getting white and cough like discharge from vagina from yesterday, She is feeling pain in vagina and stomach too. She feels so weak joint pain is also there.

Might be she has vaginal infection . visit to doctor and examined per speculum .Start treatment inthe form of antibiotics as well as vaginal tablet.No sex for minimum 7 days.
