I have white creamy substance under my penis head .it can go by washing and come after next day.sometimes this area can be itchy and buring all-day with red colour small pimples and it goaway its on next day.attcahe picture s

Hello! That white thing is called as smegma its a natural thimg. You will have to keep your penis clean whenever you take a bath pull back your skin and clean it propery with soap and also dry it by pulling back your skin with a towel.
