I am having white water bubbles type of this inside my mouth. Also in tounge .They filled by pass after few hours and also vanish but keep on coming again and again.

They are ulcers ....can be aphthous or something else. Need to evaluate with investigation like CBC, lft, rft, ana profile , vit b12 etc . Any history of alcohol intake
