White boils on genitals

There are 4 white boils on my genitals. These started occurring 2 months before one after another. Also itching around genital area has also increased but not exactly around the location of boils. Itching happens intermittently. None of the boil has bursted till now and also boils dont seems filled with blood on outside. Please suggest. Also which sort of expert shall i visit to get it checked and treated if required.
