Had blood drawn white blood cell count out of range at 3.2 L (normal being 3.8-10.8 thousand/uL) and my absolute lymphocytes are at 848 (normal being 850-3900) my doctor had me get more blood work done to see if they're consistent can anyone tell me what could cause the levels to be low? Everything else on my blood work was within normal range

Don't worry. If there is no health issues, there is not much needed to be done. You may just repeat it after a month. As these are not very low to be significant.
