I m 31 and my 25% beard has turned grey, it was started 6-7 months ago. Is there any solution to this problem because it is increasing. Please suggest if I can consult to any doctor.

Hi Premature whitening of head and beard hair is quite common among the younger generation. Ideally it is quite difficult to reverse the color and takes atleast 6 months. Start with anti-oxidant tablets and there is a cream to use also. Please consult your dermatologist regarding cream usage.
