Hello, pain on defecation could be anal fissure,assor with blood tinge occasionally... You need per rectal examination to know what exactly it is .. Ayurvedic medicines don't work if it's a surgical problem . Avoid spicy food items. Drink lot of water. Have vegetable , soft food items.
