USG Whole abdomen or BETA HCG Test which one is 100% accurate? I have big confusion between these two Test so suggest Best and 100% accurate test to find Pregnancy

Beta hcg is accurate 100%, but it doesn't tell the location and status of the baby. If you want to know abt that, then USG pelvis (TVS), but it needs to be atleast 5 weeks if pregnancy before it can get detected via sonography.
