From past few weeks I have some (2-3) painless circled patches over my penis and my rectum is also itchy. I also have 3-4 itchy rings over my body. And now 2 days ago I got some ulcers/sores on my tongue and I am facing difficulty in swallowing. I don't know which doctor should i consult. Should I go to skin doctor or ENT specialist or any other doctor?
