When to test pregnancy

Hi, I am planning for second pregnancy. I have regular 27-28 days cycles. My LMP was on 27 June. I have done a follicular study which confirmed I had ovulation on day 13. I am delayed periods by 3 days. I am on day 29 and experiencing water white discharge, drowsiness. Should I go for pregnancy test on day 30? Also, as I ovulated on day 13, I should expect my period on day 28?
