I recently got a prescription to the pill and I'm currently on the final stages of my cycle for this month. When should I start taking my first pill and do I start on the red ones first or the normal ones?

Start the pill from 3rd day of your period . The pack will have arrow mark and start from the first arrow mark ( start) . Red ones are the last 7 days , during which you may have your cycle . As soon as red is completed start with new pack .
