When should I take calcium tablet?

I am suffering from anemia My haemoglobin was 6.7 then after receiving 1 unit of blood and fcm because my serum iron was 19.1  I have haemoglobin 8.1 I consulted 2 doctors So one doctor told me to have iron tablets and vitamin b 12 as I had very low vitamin b 12 And another doctor told me to take one calcium tablet So now I am taking iron twice a day ie one after breakfast and another after lunch and nurokind after dinner Now when should I take calcium tablet Also can taking calcium tablet interfere with iron absorption ? Please help

Iron is best taken on empty stomach in morning itself , calcium can be taken at night although it is better to avoid for two weeks as your hb is very low, finish your iron therapy then you can take calcium. Avoid milk and antacids when you are taking your iron pills.
