We have 100 days old boy baby and he did still roll over and not moving.. but he is actively shaking hands and legs.. is there any issue? generally when baby will start turning or rolling?

Babies start to roll over after 4 months. They rock from side to side and suddenly one fine morning they roll over. By 6 months they can roll over in both directions.
