Wheat gluten is not healthy at all. Instead include almond flour, brown rice, besan, corn flour, corn starch, dal, flaxseed, millet, polenta, rice, sago, soy flour, yeast.
All fruits , vegetables , egg ,meat ,diary products ,chicken can be included in your diet
Try to make your diet plan with these foodstuffs ...all will be fine
