If you haven't been taking the tablet, then I'll suggest you take half of it (0.25 mg) whenever you're feeling too anxious and another half at night, but don't wait for midnight to take it. Have an early dinner, around 9 pm and take it by 10 pm max. You also need to take care of your sleep hygiene if you aren't doing already, it helps a lot with Anxiety Disorder.
Next Steps
Visit your Psychiatrist once, and I hope you haven't been prescribed Lonazep alone. If you do have an Anxiety Disorder, you will need at least one more medicine. Talk to your Psychiatrist about this.
