Hi,i am 38 yrs of age and will be 39 in a months time with a family history of daibetis from my fathers side.I was recently asked to take sugar tests for fasting/pp and hba1c. Now while my fasting count is 99 and the Hba1c is 6.6 both of which it seems are within the given range in the report my PP count is 148 which is higher than the given upper limit of 140. What do these counts signify?Am i diabetic or at high risk/pre daibetic?

Hba1c of 6.6 suggests diabetes. It is a more reliable report as it gives an average of the sugar level over the past 3 months.
