What to do when there is pain in right side of chest and back

I am a 44 year old man and I am already a heart patient. I have developed pain on the right side of my chest and back. This is worrying me as I don’t to what is causing this trouble. I hope it is not related to my heart condition. If somebody could tell me what to do about this, it will be great. Thanks!
