Two months back I was effected by chicken pox. Friends and relatives suggesting some food which is not to eat ..mainly non-veg, is it completely require to maintain special diet or not necessary? If need then how many months I shouldn't eat non-veg ?,,some one said we can take motton in non- veg.is it true?
