There is no cut off for HCG levels to diagnose a twins/single pregancy! That's diagnosed only on sonography dear! Take a Sonography at 6-7 wk of pregnancy determine the number of fetuses with there chorionicity if twins gestation is present! Take care Stay safe 🙏
