My 3-month old baby girl relies on breastmilk for now. But we are looking for options to expand her food intake. Can someone tell me what kind of food for baby 3-months old would be suitable? She is a healthy child and so far we haven’t encountered any kind of allergies. So all kinds of suggestions are welcome!

Exclusive breast milk for 6 months followed by Solid feeds like rice water or starch and dal water if accepting then increase the amount frequency followed by varieties
