What products to use for Skin Care @ 30

2022-07-18 13:24:39
With so many products and articles available of how to maintain a healthy skin, how to choose what is right and minimum? I have stepped into my 30s, and I am seeing visible changes in my skin. Be it widened pores, more blackheads on nose or fine wrinkle lines. I have mixed skin type with oily T zone. Google has million suggestions with billion reasons with such wide range of products. I read tons of articles and then bought the Vit C serum by The Minimalist, which reacted on my skin after prolonged use of 1 month. :( Now I am back to square one. What Products to use to minimise the aging effect and in which order?

Do a basic cleansing with a gentle facewash, moisturizer (non comedogenic) and use a sunscreen twice daily. This goes a long way! For further issues like open pores etc it is important for the dermatologist to see your skin.

It depends on condition and type of skin. Routine skin care is different from things you got on your skin. So consult online for your acute skin condition and further routine care.
