I have a white line in my left inner cheeks.. and some black spot on my tongue..will anyone help me n suggest me what is this?

White lines on cheeks is linea alba which is normal and brown spots on tongue is pigmentation .nothing to worry abt . But concern for last mandible molar tooth,  which shows decay . Get it  checked by dentist and get restored .
