Im in depression due to google as it stated right side variocele is dangerous and associated to cancer is it true pls tell me I don't have family history of cancer and my testicles are descended but I feel right side variocele pl tell me whether it means testicle cancer or not age is 23 My right testicle is slightly different from left I don't know how it happened symptoms I get Pain Around Groin and right side Pubic area pain Nerves feel when I touch testicle Long sitting and standing starts Tingling and Numbness in testicle while driving also Right thigh and leg and pelvic area pain like nerve pain Sometimes Right side lower abdomen pain Testicle nerve pain During sleep I feel pressure pain around groin area These are my symptoms and I don't feel any lump on testicle just bag of worms recently got hit on balls and it all started after covid infection pls help me
