Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help. Most common reason for sleep disorder is stress or anxiety in your mind due to personal or personal pressure. If your mind is running  or preoccupied with some anxious thoughts, then automatically sleep will be distrubed. Similarly lifestyle changes , habits, digestion issue, type of food intake, alcohol etc can also affect sleep. So it's better to understand  your symptoms or conditions to recommend suitable solution. Feel free to reach me online for further evaluation and assistance to overcome this problem. Be positive. You will be alright soon.

Your natural body cycle is asking for some physical workout. The energy is getting stored which needs to be vented. Human body is made for mental and physical work both.  Take up some small physical work like going for evening walk with music or doing your own work like keeping dishes after dinner lunch or taking your own glass of water etc. This is not yet a disorder. All the best !!
