What is the treatment for seizure disorder?

Hi my son is 10 year old, since 1.5 yrs he is having this seizure attacks every month. It comes for 2-3 minutes and he is not aware about it. We have tried many medications but there is no improvement in his conditions. Kindly suggest some permanent treatment for this seizure disorder.

You need to see a paediatric neurologist. No one can answer such questions online! It’s not that easy or simple
