There is a lot of growth of  small brown and red moles type on all over body specially on my breasts and stomach.. They are sometimes itchy? Is it a symptom of any disease..? Also my birth moles are getting large in size.. Please help me

Some are freckles and some are haemangiomas . It can be removed by laser/creams .. preventing it from increasing is possible. Need more details. Consult me on practo for guidance and prescription.
