In India what will be the permanent solution for OSA. Rather than using CPPA. Any laser treatment permanently cures the OSA.

Please see a sleep specialist who can guide you better on that. The indications for surgical management of OSA depend on the severity of the disease, site of obstruction etc.

Nasal Cpap therapy is the most effective treatment for osa , and it has become the standard of care for this condition .Surgical correction of the upper airway is still performed but it is not considered as the primary therapy for OSA.
