Drastically poor maintenance of foot. Need dermatologist consultation. Paedicare at least learn n do at home. Just take hot to warm water add savlon  drop the foot in that situation n watch movie take a soft scrub apply hand wash n scrub for foot where no wound. Than after 7-10 min apply moisturizer wear cotton socks n wear soft good foot wear.
