I am a 26 year old air hostess and a part time model. Most of my working hours include walking here and there on high heels and boots. Recently, I have been feeling terrible pain on my left ankle and my heels. I am not able to do my work properly. Are there any ankle pain treatments that can help me get back on my feet (quite literally)?
