HRCT report shows small fibrotic opacity in right middle lobe. What does it mean? Is it serious issue?? I do not have any health issues now.

Fibrotic opacities usually indicate an inflammation which has healed. if it is limited only to one place without anyother pathology elsewhere and no problems, I assume, you should not worry. But you need a derailed assessment by a pulmonologist to be worry free.
